The Guild Master and the Court hope you have been keeping well and staying safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. No doubt you have enjoyed the further resumption of social activities whilst making plans for the months ahead. Unfortunately our Installation Dinner planned for October has had to be postponed, but we are happy to announce that this will be combined with our usual annual commemoration of our founders and held on Wednesday 21st April 2021. The evening will take place at HQS Wellington, an historic refurbished World War Two sloop at anchor in the Thames and the unique hall of the Honourable Company of Master Mariners. See here for further details of the facilities we will have to enjoy. The Court will be held and bindings will proceed onboard the ship before dinner is served. Please save the date to thank our Master Richard Thompson MBE for his year in office and welcome Gerry Edwards for his second term as Master.
Details of further events will follow later in the year, but until then we wish you the best for the summer months and look forward to seeing you again when restrictions permit.
