The Master and the Court hope you have enjoyed the best possible start to the year and are keeping well despite the times we are in.
Due to the ongoing restrictions, the planned visit to the Tower of London on Thursday 18th February is no longer proceeding. However, the Guild still has a full programme of events lined up for this year once we can socialise and explore as we used to. The Guild is looking to hold, as planned, an installation dinner or similar event on Wednesday 21st April aboard HQS Wellington. Further details will be circulated in due course. Our subsequent visit to the Hog's Back Brewery on Sunday 25th April has been pushed back to July. It will now comprise a socially-distanced tour of the hop gardens with the possibility of lunch or a taster session of their most popular brews afterwards. The remaining events on our programme we hope can be held in a re-configured form later in the year, in particular a visit to Bletchley Park. A further update will follow as soon as dates have been confirmed.
In the meantime the Master and the Guild extend their best wishes and hope you stay safe and well over the next few months.
